Do you want to be our Veterinary Receptionist? Are you a proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service?

We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our fantastic team at Petmedics, Walkden.

Our Reception teams greet clients, take calls, handle financial transactions and assist in the day to day running of the veterinary practice.

You must be resourceful, perceptive and proactive. Experience of working within a veterinary practice is preferred, but not essential. The successful candidate will be efficient, an extremely good communicator and most importantly a strong team player.

We are looking for someone with the confidence, empathy and experience to provide the high standards of care and the personal touch we expect for our clients.

You will be working 42.5 hours a week, the shift will vary from earlies 08.00-17.00 and lates 11.00-20.00, this also will include some weekend work, detail can be discussed at interview.


Attributes & Experience

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Accurately recording client and animal information on our IT system, so good IT skills would be preferable.
