We are currently looking for a Veterinary Insurance / Administration Assistant to join our friendly team at Gordon Vets in Musselburgh, East Lothian. This will be 36 hours per week. Monday- Friday with 1 in 6 weekends. day off after rewarded.(Day TBC) Part time applications will be considered. Duties for this role will cover all aspects of practice administration, insurance claims and some reception duties.

About Us
We are a multisite practice with 3 sites across East Lothian and Mid Lothian. We are a very busy practice with a long-standing loyal client base. Our team is made up of 17 vets, 11 Nurses and 10 Reception/Admin across 3 sites. We have a strong, experienced team who work well together as a team, and we are expanding our admin team due to practice growth.
Applicant Requirements
Previous experience in a veterinary practice required. Experience with administration duties such as insurance claims preferable. You must be computer literate, able to work under pressure and able to work well within a team.
