  • Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership in Maidenhead have the requirement for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join their established workshop team
ResponsibilitiesAs a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensure Servicing & Repairs are carried out to Manufacturer Standards
  • Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements (depending on skill level)
  • In depth Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics (depending on skill level)
  • Warranty Repairs
  • New Car PDI’s and Used Car Multi-Point Inspections
Experience, Skills & QualificationsEssential Requirements:
  • Minimum of a NVQ Level 2/3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
  • 1+ year Post Apprenticeship experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
  • Manufacturer or IMI Accreditations / Qualifications
  • Franchised Dealer Experience
  • MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7) If not you will be helped to qualify
Remuneration & Benefits
  • Basic Salary of up to £35,000 DOE
  • On Target Earnings of £42,000
  • Paid Overtime on Saturdays
