Full Job DescriptionNote: This job is for Kenect Recruitment, but will take place at a client’s worksite.Kenect Recruitment is hiring Van Drivers in Barnsley!Join Kenect Recruitment, today.We’re Kenect Recruitment, and we provide drivers with the fastest way to find temporary and permanent work that fits your lifestyle, giving you the choice over where, when and how you work.We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals with a can-do attitude to work as a Van Driver.Salary: £10.42 per hourShift pattern: 07:00-16:00 or 08:00-17:00 with 1 hour break.Holiday pay: Accrued at 12.07%Role Responsibilities
  • To deliver, demonstrate and collect equipment to and from customers, suppliers and other businesses professionally, safely and on time.
  • Ensure company vehicles are driven safely and in accordance with UK law at all times
  • Where required, adhere to legal guidelines around the use of tachographs.
  • You may be required to use manual handling equipment for bulkier items.
  • Electronic and/or paper documents raised, completed and signed by the customer at the time of delivery/collection
  • Assist and attend stock takes as required
