(PK7802) VACUUM FORMING MACHINE OPERATOR SOUTH WALES Salary £Open (Depending on Experience) + 26 Days Holiday Shift Pattern: A rotating Morning/Afternoon Shift Pattern Mornings - 6:00am till 2:00pm Afternoons - 1.45pm till 9.45pm Our client is a leader in the field of Packaging and Print for the Luxury, Retail, POS, Commercial, Exhibition markets, offering a comprehensive portfolio of integrated services and solutions. They are currently looking for an experienced Vacuum Forming Machine Operator to join their team. Ideally someone who has spent time in the vacuum forming industry and has hands on experience of running an Illig RV53 and RV53D. Key Responsibilities: Setting up and running an lllig machine Conduct and record in process running checks Assist in the stripping out of vac formed products from the end of the line Quality control of finished products to ensure they meet our customer demands General housekeeping within the departmentRequirements: Enthusiasm, reliability, innovativeness, and a clear attention to detail are characteristics that are required for this role The ability to operate ancillary equipment, such as lathes / CNC Mills would also be a distinct advantage but not essential Applicants should have a strong commitment to the following of health and safety procedures and housekeeping duties
