Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile frameworks-is key. And best of all, you’ll be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world.

What you will do:


  • Collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
  • Inspire others with thought-leading creativity showing great communication and presentation skills
  • Gauge the usability of new and existing products and propose constructive suggestions for change
  • Deliver strategies following business and user interviews, building personas, user flows and information architecture
  • Facilitate and host various ideation workshops for business owners, technologists and users
  • Produce low/high fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes, demonstrating fluency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch and InVision(or comparable)
  • Proactively seek user feedback, analytical data and steering iterations and phases of development
  • Be an ambassador for the user, striving to improve customer experience
  • Challenge your design skills and creative flair
  • Deep-dive to the granular level with strong attention to detail
  • Positively contribute to a community of like-minded individuals and knowledge-share your thoughts and experiences

What you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Web/Interaction Design/HCI or equivalent degree
  • Minimum three relevant experience
  • A strong portfolio which demonstrates process and approach resulting in elegant, creative, usable, high quality products
  • Experienced with user research and user testing methodologies
  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS)
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work in an often fast-paced environment with deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting and be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
