Position Overview

The User Services department provides support on all requests and enquiries related to Future Electronics, as the source of expert knowledge of the company/ procedures and departments helping end users to find the correct department/ person/ procedure/ solution.

Primary tasks include
  • Promotion and support WCP and Associate applications including support to CRM
application ( 1st level ), TOPS and Data Warehouse reporting. Including user set up,

maintenance of users and terminations.
  • Mass updates on cost books and inventory.
  • Order management and continual support of queries relating to the company.
The representative’s role is to investigate all issues and provide timely answers and solutions, to enforce procedures and participate in improvement initiatives and best practice. The main goal is to provide customer satisfaction & continuous improvement of Future procedures. The role involves regular interface and communication with personnel within EMEA head office, EMEA DC, Sales Branches and Montreal Head office.

The successful applicants will demonstrate personal drive and determination in taking action to obtain effective completion.

Have the ability to organise and prioritise, act in a proactive manner

Displays a sense of urgency, actions requests in a timely manner

Possess excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills and is confident interacting with different people

Proficiency in Excel, access beneficial and knowledge/experience of Future Electronics/ distribution industry is an advantage
