Used Car Sales Manager Salary on application We are looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to join our Leeds Branch management team. The role requires a senior sales oriented manager who can manage a large team of 40 to 50. Experience within a high volume operation and achieving targets is a necessity. They require well-developed leadership skills and management experience, gained from within the automotive industry. This role is a main driving force for the success of the site, and as such, demands the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. This demanding role covers a 5 day working week including weekends and long shifts, to ensure the showroom performs at the highest possible level. This role could lead to future opportunities and progression within Available Car. Skills and Qualifications: Highly motivated, energetic and ambitious with an ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment. Experience of working within the Automotive industry in a Used Car Sales environment, managing a large team of 40 to 50. Excellent working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems, CDK Drive or similar. Experience of working with a range of brands. Working to set performance targets and requirements of the showroom. Strong direction and leadership qualities. Excellent communication and analytical skills, computer literate. Exceptional Interpersonal and Customer Service skills. Organised, and capable with a keen eye for attention to detail, both written and verbal. Experience and up-to-date knowledge of the finance and insurance products. Ability to build positive customer and staff relationships. Full UK Driving licence.
