IMPACT Care services is hiring a large number of Passionate and Outstanding Health Care Support Worker to join our professional and progressive team to work within the Healthcare sector.

We are looking for professional and qualified workers who can provide effective care and support for the following locations:

Location: Burton Park, Warwick Rd, Melton Mowbray LE13 0RD

Working asHealth Care Support Workers, You Will Be Responsible for:
  • Supporting children and young people - focusing on their education, behaviour, physical and mental well-being in order to achieve a positive outcome.
  • Willing to perform extraordinarily for the children and young people - ensuring that they experience sound childhood and adulthood.
  • Supporting young people to involve in routine activities, trying to help them back into the community, assisting them in school homework and other outdoor activities.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills as you will need to prepare and deliver weekly reports and Parenting / PAMS assessments
  • Assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed to facilitate the wellbeing, dignity, and treatment of all patients.
  • Maintaining good professional relationships with patients, colleagues and visitors responding promptly and courteously to requests and enquiries.

Essential Requirements

  • Understanding children, young adults and elderly people with special needs.
  • Practical experience in relevant field is must.
  • For Health Care Assistant Profile: Mandatory Healthcare Trainings is must (Assistance is also provided by agency)
  • For Support Worker Profile: Mandatory Healthcare Trainings and PMVA (Prevention Management of Violence and Aggression) is must.
  • Valid enhanced DBS (Assistance also provided by agency).

    • Salary/Pay rate: Upto £10 per hour

    Joining: Immediate

    Shift: Full time /Part time/Day/Night/Long day /Flexible working hours and days as per your convenience.

    You can also work with us as a Referrer and earn extra income by referring our company to your friends and family.
