An opportunity has arisen for an experienced registered Nurse or Paramedic to work within an urgent care team as part of the Physical Healthcare Service at Rampton Hospital as we expand to a 24-hour service. This fix term post for a period of two years covers a development post for a member of our team and may result in permanent position.Post holders will bring a range of urgent care skills and experiences to be able to care for a wider variety of minor illnesses and injuries for patients within the high secure setting.You will need to have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to deliver high quality care within a challenging environment. You will be part of the wider physical healthcare team composing of Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Primary Healthcare Nurses, Nursing associates and GP’s.You will be responsible for the development and delivery of safe, secure and effective quality healthcare to a group of patients with complex urgent physical healthcare issues across the 24-hour clock.You will need to be a Registered Nurse or Paramedic with extensive experience in urgent and or acute care.
