Job Description


The role provides provides a key aftermarket contact point who is recognised by customers as a technically capable trusted advisor.

Key to your success in this role will be the ability to provide the best support to customers whilst at the same time maximising Loma’s aftermarket sales and efficiency.

Responsibility is for UK spare part sales and all administration for aftermarket sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide call handling function to customers.
  • Undertake customer quotations, order processing and order acknowledgements.
  • To ensure all customer requests are handled professionally and in a timely manner
  • Responsible for all administration surrounding aftermarket sales in a timely manner.
  • Correctly identify spare parts and recommend where required additional service of an engineer to fit the parts.

Qualifications
  • Capable of digesting complex technical information.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent attitude to customer care.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • UK Driving Licence.
