Yoh, a global leader in the staffing industry, is hiring immediately for an onsite Program Manager to support a £60 billion global interactive and digital entertainment client onsite at its new state of the art facility in Liverpool, UK. This is a full-time staff opportunity with competitive salary, benefits, bonus, and opportunity for advancement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Acts as an extension of client TA team and serves as the onsite program leader to a number of agency workers to help support onboarding and engagement of agency workers onsite.
  • Oversees weekly timecard management administration, payroll, and invoicing.
  • Works closely with hiring managers to assist with onboarding/offboarding of pre-identified agency workers with the goal of creating an engaging and efficient process.
  • Builds relationships with key sponsors and hiring managers. Develops strong understanding of client culture and needs.
  • Oversees all operations to monitor service, delivery, quality and key success factors.
  • Provides recommendations on operational efficiencies, strategies, and identified ongoing program improvements.
  • Provides ongoing training for managers and suppliers to enable program compliance and success.
  • Ongoing communication to client hiring managers and site leadership to ensure continuous improvement and end user satisfaction.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry and recruitment process is preferred.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Ability to be onsite 60%-70% of the time
  • Proficient PC Skills including MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of work experience.
