JCIA Debt Purchase Administrator
Job Description

An opportunity has arisen within our small UK Debt Purchase Department.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, hardworking & professional individual to work within our small but very busy Department

Experience is not necessary however you will need to be computer literate and have a good understanding of Excel, Word and Power Point. Full training will be provided for our Bespoke Customer Database.

Job Summary

To assist the administration of the UK Debt Purchase function by undertaking the handling of correspondence and complaints as well as general admin functions within the department.

Duties will include:

· Respond to Customer queries via the Customer inbox in a timely and competent manner

· Identify queries, disputes, direct payments and complaints, reporting these back to Clients for more information in order to respond to the Customers

· Identify complaints and liaising with the Compliance Officer to ensure they are handled and responded to in a timely manner.

· Assist the team by carrying out QA functions in line with the Call Monitoring process

· General admin duties to assist within the admin team as requested by the DCA Manager
