The main purpose of this role is to provide senior system leadership for the urgent care transformation programme and associated projects. This will require working with UEC Leads across our system, patients and partners to transform services, improve outcomes and experience and to make services sustainable. There will be a requirement to multi-task across a range of areas covering planning and delivery of transformation programmes, discharge of ICB commissioning functions and day to day operational system resilience. The role will work in an integrated way with managerial and Clinical Leaders in the ICB’s, health and care partners and Primary Care Networks.
