Due to the continued expansion of this leading cruise travel agent, they wish to recruit a Cruise Sales Specialist based at its office in Altrincham. The company continues to grow from strength to strength and requires an experienced sales consultant to join its growing team.

Successful candidates will be passionate to fulfil clients booking requests whilst delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport to encourage repeat business. Cruise sales specialists must have a passion for cruise and be able to bring fantastic sales expertise, destination knowledge and an ability to sell whilst also maintaining excellent customer service.

Travel Sales experience is prefered but for the right candidate with an incredible sales background, training and support will be provided.

Role

  • Converting incoming calls, emails and webchats into bookings
  • Selling cruise holidays across all cruise lines to fit customers specific requirements
  • Offering exceptional customer service by building rapport
  • Remaining aware of current offers, promotions, discounts and marketing campaigns and to use this information to maximise sales opportunities.

Skills required for this role

  • Driven cruise specialists with a passion for travel and cruises
  • Good cruise and travel product and system knowledge
  • At least 12 months previous travel and travel sales experience, ideally in the cruise industry

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Altrincham, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
