We’re looking for positive, committed, target-driven go-getters to amplify our dynamic team of vibrant individuals in a stimulating, sales environment based in Sheffield.
You will need to be a highly adaptable quick thinker with a drive to succeed, displaying a high level of sales experience in B2B or B2C travel, preferably as a travel agent, to provide customers with outstanding service meeting their requirements and creating an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll be doing
- Assisting new and existing clients
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
- Using questioning skills to establish customers’ needs in order to offer the best travel solutions
- Establishing the customers’ needs to diagnose and resolve problems
- Resolving customer queries within operational and client policies and procedures
What you’ll need
- Background in travel with experience in travel CRM systems such as Amadeus, eRes, ATCOM or Salesforce
- Experience in a dynamic sales or contact centre environment linked to the travel industry with exposure to package holidays or flight bookings preferred, other travel experience will be considered
- Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving, influencing and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work shifts on a rotational basis
- Clear criminal, disciplinary and credit records
