ROUTESCAPE TRAVEL OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Routescape is a dynamic and rapidly expanding tailor-made travel company that prides itself on offering clients unique experiences.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join the Sales Operations team. As an Operations Assistant you will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of a client’s travel itinerary once they have chosen to book with Routescape. You will provide a high level of efficient and effective administrative support to the business and the Sales Team.

Administration plays a key link between all areas of our business to ensure that we can deliver a seamless experience for our clients and act as an operational point of contact.

Key responsibilities include:

· Entering data from a variety of formats into our in-house systems including Peak 15 and Monday and Excel.

· Scanning, printing, and virtual filing of various documents

· Printing and packing client final travel documents and quotes

· Arranging outgoing couriers and post ensuring all deadlines are met

· Assisting Department Managers and Travel Specialists with ad-hoc admin or post related queries

· Communicating with Travel Specialists to co-ordinate the booking and payment of ancillary travel services

· Tour reconciliation and requesting of hotel commission

· Working alongside the rest of the operations team (as well as sales and marketing) to ensure best practice for each stage of the sales delivery process.

· Liaising with Travel Experts and partners in each destination to collate information and ensure each itinerary detail is accurate, well presented and communicated in a timely manner.

· Accurately recording client information in our CRM system and developing the ability to navigate CRM system fluently.

· Input product content into CMS system and curate aligning imagery and formatting

· Comprehensive understanding of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
