We put together unique, bespoke ATOL protected holidays for our customers to all four corners of the globe. Whether they are looking for a Working Holiday, Volunteer project, tailor made itineraries, beach, city, cruising or touring we make it happen for them.

Job description

As a forward thinking tour operator, we are looking for like minded, driven and well travelled candidates to join our team to put together bespoke and tailored itineraries across the globe.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of product & destination knowledge to put together bespoke and tailored itineraries together for your clients.
  • Demonstrate high levels of customer service.
  • Adhere to SLA’s in quote turnaround times.
  • Issue Paperwork to our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with DCI, CAA, Package Travel Regulations Act on our bookings.
  • Achieve store and individual monthly & yearly targets.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Work closely with our Travel Agent Partners to grow their business with us.

Requirements

  • Well travelled to at least 2 continents outside of Europe in the last three years.
  • Excellent understanding of the English Language.
  • Excellent Maths Skills
  • Excellent understanding of technology and booking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
  • Eager to learn and develop product & destination knowledge.

In return we offer a very competitive commission structure. We also offer a yearly bonus plus fam trips.
