Travel & Customer Care Administrator

A great opportunity has arisen for a Travel & Customer Care Administrator to join a rapidly growing company based in the Scarborough area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Plan and Execute travel provision for personnel allocated to projects
  • Arrange booking of Flights, Accommodation, Taxis, Ferries.
  • Provide communication to personnel with regards to travel dates and times.
  • Provide support and liaison for personnel regarding travel issues.
  • Liaise, monitor, and record costs with travel agents for flight information, hire cars and hotel booking.
  • Handling Visa and work permits applications from start to finish, adhering to GDPR
  • Managing queries and amending requests
  • Effectively diagnose, investigate, and resolve customer’s issues, by ensuring full resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to quality, compliance and business policies at all times in order to protect customer’s data
  • Completion of Purchase Orders and Credit Card Expenditure on Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets

What we are looking for:

· The ideal candidate will have some relevant experience in a similar role such as Admin and/or travel scheduling experience

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Adaptable with a flexible approach to work

· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.

· A confident and professional individual who has fantastic organisational skills.

· Excellent telephone manner

· IT Literate

· Ability to work under pressure.

· A full drivers’ license would be advantageous.
