McLaughlin & Harvey are one of the leading Building and Civil Engineering Contractors operating throughout the UK and Ireland. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Travel Co-Ordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the team, bringing a high level of organisational skills coupled with good time management and a keen eye for detail.

Previous experience within a fast-paced Travel Department is preferred. With strong interpersonal skills and the ability to competently deal with different companies by email and by phone on a daily basis in a professional manner with proper business etiquette and manners representing the business in a positive light.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Booking travel, accommodation and car hire including collation and distributions of all confirmations.
  • Undertaking reconciliation and management of invoices and charges.
  • Resolving queries regarding travel bookings.
  • Maintaining full records of travel taken by employees following company procedures.
  • Undertaking other administration duties as required.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous travel booking experience.
  • Effective and demonstrable task prioritising.
  • Working as part of a team.
  • High level of interpersonal skills.
  • Previous administration experience.
