Our client is looking for an experienced administrator to work as part of the Teesside facilities team, providing specialist support in the delivery of administrative and travel booking services.
Experience required:
- Proven admin support experience
- Ability to work in an organised manner and identify, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors.
- Communicate effectively in person or over the telephone
- Proficient in Microsoft Software, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Responsibilities:
- To provide travel booking service to the employees across Teesside ensuring a sustainable and cost-effective travel option, providing advice on visa and passport requirements to employees.
- Responsible for ensuring travel packs are issued on time and in full, and are approved in line with the Travel Policy.
- To organise corporate events and meetings, liaise with employees to ensure that meeting resources are organised accurately and communicated on time.
- To provide a professional administrative support service to employees across the Teesside sites, delivering general and technical administrative support.
- To deliver and improve the reception and conferencing facilities across the Teesside sites, to meet business requirements.
- Creating and maintaining standards for conferencing facilities and improve technology available to support business needs and reduce the need for travel.
- To carry out any other Administrative duties
