`ROUTESCAPE TRAVEL CONTENT WRITER (MATERNITY COVER – 1 YEAR)

Routescape is a dynamic and rapidly expanding tailor-made travel company that prides itself on offering clients unique experiences.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join the Operations Team. As a Travel Content Writer, you will be responsible for collating fine and creative details into the copy of a client’s travel itinerary. You will work closely with Routescape Travel Specialists to understand the needs and passions of each client, embedding these into your writing. You will also provide a high level of efficient and effective administrative support to the Product and Systems Manager to develop new content for our Travel System, Peak15. Peak15 plays a key link between all areas of our business to ensure that we can deliver a seamless experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

· Entering new content and images from a variety of formats into our in-house system Peak 15.

· Enhancing final itineraries with personalised details, unique to every client.

· Writing new trip inspirations and content for the Routescape website.

· Write marketing emails which will be sent to clients on periodical basis.

· Create and post social media content – Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin.

A successful candidate will ideally have:

· Experience of Social Media management – using Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin.

· Comprehensive understanding of Mailchimp, Word Press and MS functionality (Word, Excel etc)

· The ability to work independently in a methodical way to given timescales in a fast-paced environment.

· Exemplary time management skills and organisation skills

· A confident and clear verbal and written communicator with a high level of attention to detail.

· Experience in delivering outstanding service.

· A positive attitude and a flexible team player.
