Responsibilities include

• Selling all aspects of travel, face to face, via telephone and email
• Achieving individual sales targets and contribute to store achieving the same goal
• Maximise all sales opportunities through customer interaction and offering ancillary products
• Booking tailor made travel itineraries to suit your customers needs
• Booking packages as well as dynamically packaging holidays together using our in house system
• Delivering the highest standard of service at all times to exceed customers’ expectations
• Offering advice, guidance and suggestions to customers using your previous solid travel industry experience
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and select appropriate products
• Work well as part of a team to ensure an efficient operation within the store

Skills required

• Good product and geographical knowledge
• Sales driven with experience of working towards set targets
• IT literate
• Clear and professional telephone manner
