FT Recruitment are looking for a Transport Planner on behalf of our new, growing, successful client!

Key attributes we are looking for:

  • Reliable, organised, process-oriented and proactive self-starter
  • Adaptability to support developing processes and procedures
  • The ability to work independently to tight deadlines with competing demands
  • Attention to detail and efficient time management skills
  • One year of experience in a similar role

Job Role will include:

  • Planning routes
  • Checking stock shortfalls and ordering outstanding stock as required
  • Preparation of documentation
  • Driver debrief on return to site
  • Supporting smooth running of routing, fleet and warehouse functions
  • Deploying resources based on cost, time and legal requirement
