Transport Planner

We are looking for a Transport Planner to join our team based out of our Brand-New distribution centre in Aylesbury, HP22.


You will supportour Transport Manager & Supervisors by updating our route planner of changes or amendments needed before the drivers shifts, preparing all paperwork for the drivers and completing ad-hoc administration tasks that ensures we are legally compliant.


No Transport experience needed, but we will be looking for you to have great computer & system experience, be organised, self-motivated, have a keen eye for detail and have effective communication skills, we will teach you everything you need to know about our systems and the world of transport!

Experience needed:

  • Experience in a Administration position before, ideally 6 + months
  • Excellent forward planning skills with the ability to problem solve in pressured situations.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills and experience of data entry.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail and experience working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to report and summarise
