About Our Opportunity

The Transport and Facilities Contracts Coordinator role is offered as a permanent position in which you’ll be required to plan and organise INEOS vehicle inspections and maintenance, update Maintenance management and workflow systems as well as progressing repairs in a timely manner. It also includes contact administration of the central facilities contracts through the wider INEOS OPUK complex.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of UK Transport Legislation, be highly organised with a good attention to detail and have the ability to multitask and prioritise.

About You

You should:
  • Be a team player with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Have a background knowledge of UK Transport Legislation
  • Have a full UK drivers licence.
  • Have excellent time management skills, exceptional communication and technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft and office programs
  • Be able to handle confidential information, with strong record keeping skills.
  • Have an understanding of budgeting and cost control.
  • Be able to liaise across all levels within the organisation
