Job Title:Supply Chain Key Accounts Coordinator

Purpose of the Role

Delivering order fulfilment to contracted service standards for a defined portfolio of our clients customers.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving and processing of orders and dealing with order fulfilment issues
Maintaining effective communication with the customer on order fulfilment, delivery and all queries
Processing of invoices and resolution of invoice queries using the warehouse management system
Effective management of and communication of deliveries, and reporting back to client on delivery performance
Investigating and resolving delivery discrepancies, including working with accounts to raise credit notes where appropriate
Production of month end stock reconciliation and adjustments reporting
Using Excel – creating and compiling spreadsheets
Customer Service – building effective relationships with customers both internally and externally, by use of appropriate questioning, clarification and language
Systems – working on various customer’s own systems and internal Warehouse Management system (WMS)
General administration
