Location: Daventry



Salary: £10.93 - £11.98 per hourShift: Monday to Friday 14.00 - 22.30Duties and Responsobilities :Checking, issuing and filing transport paperwork.Updating internal systemsRespond to telephone and email queries in a professional timely mannerLiaise with customers, drivers and other departments.Interaction with all team membersDiffidently and accurately despatch deliveriesAnswering emails and callsExcellent communication skillsAny other admin duties requiedAbout you:Experience of working within a busy office environment.The ability to work within a small team, be flexible in approach and driven to providing excellent customer service.Competent in the use of Microsoft office systems.Must be self-motivated, accurate and able to multi-task.A positive work ethicComputer literateHigh levels of flexibility, commitment, and motivation
