ArrowXL is now recruiting for anAM ShiftTransport Clerkto join our supportiveteam, situated at ourEnfieldsite. You will assist our Transport Management team by carrying our various clerical activities and help with the day to day running of the Transport department.

Package Description

Additional Information
  • Basic hourly rate of£10.50(equating to an annual salary of£21,840?)
  • 40 hoursper week
  • Working hours:05:30 to 14:00

Main Responsibilities

With support and guidance from theteam, you will be responsible for:
  • Allocating work to our Delivery Crews
  • Monitoring on the road progress and keeping management informed of any issues
  • Downloading drivers cards/tachographs
  • Resolving concerns that may occur day to day
  • Service management
  • Gathering information inregards to driver delays and reasons for late deliveries
  • Keeping yourself familiar with products and clients to help support Delivery Crews
  • General office duties
  • Doing all you can to help our Delivery Crews successfully deliver to our customers

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator; however full training will be provided. If you are proficient with all Microsoft packages and want to develop a career in logistics, we would love to hear from you!

You Must Also Meet Our Essential Requirements Below
  • Excellent standards of communication; both written and verbal
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends
  • Computer literate, as you will need to use our Transport management systems (system specific training will be provided)
  • A confident approach to challenging situations
