Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily emails are dealt with in a timely manner regarding all transport queries or issues.
  • Arranging special deliveries
  • Costing delivery options and making recommendations
  • Responding to Nimbus problem pallet queries relating to any store queries/deliveries
  • Arranging and managing New Store deliveries
  • Building strong relationships with all service providers
  • Completing daily and weekly distribution figures
  • Managing our weekly consignments to both North/South Ireland

Qualities and Experience

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Problem solver and analytically minded
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively
  • Microsoft Excel Skills
  • A willingness to be flexible
  • High level of diligence
  • The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • Ability to work independently or work as a team
