We’re searching for an experienced Transformation Office Analyst to join us and help us make this happen. (This is a 12 month fixed term position.) You will be responsible for supporting project delivery by ensuring governance standards are adhered, through measurement against standards and costs by monitoring and tracking, as well as supporting the Transformation Lead by administering Transformation Office processes and controls. Key responsibilities will include: Quality Control of programme documentation and governance Maintenance of the RAID log Oversight of the product backlog Maintenance of the programme delivery plan and milestone tracking Administration of key programme governance meetings Programme status reports quality reviews Support the roll out of Agile artefacts/knowledge where appropriate
We are looking for the following:

  • Experience working in a project/programme environment
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology
  • Good understanding of Programme Management Office (PMO)/Delivery Office best practice including budget control, resource management, change control, risk management and reporting
  • Advice and guidance skills
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Data management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • The ability to adapt to changes
  • Good influencing skills
  • Relevant project management training/qualification desirable
