Transformation Director - 12 month contract - up to £1000 p/d inside IR35 - mostly remote working - Taunton office

Must be either SC cleared or eligible for SC clearance

We are currently seeking a seasoned Transformation Director for a 12 month contract with a leading data centric Govt body who are going through a large and complex digitalisation piece.

Our client are looking for gravitas and senior leadership qualities to work with the senior mgt team to deliver its revised business operating model (BOM) through moving the organisation to a new Target Operating Model (TOM). This is a strategic role as opposed to operational or process focused.

Skills and experience required;

  • Must be an experienced Transformation Director; previous experience of successful short-term assignments supporting executive teams in digital-first transformations.
  • They will be a first-class leader with excellent communication skills, proven digital business understanding
  • An ability to influence and shape a customer centric, data-driven cultural change programme
  • An appreciation of strategic data asset management, business operating model innovation and digital value creation
  • Stakeholder influencing skills, strong decision making, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability in building, empowering, coaching and guiding teams and senior-level managers across disciplines to deliver enduring change
  • An understanding of digital value chains
