The postholder will support the delivery of Autism Training through: Pre-Training course administration Post course administration Liaising with Workforce to integrate the course with our Learn system for bookings and compliance monitoring To develop inclusion as a Compulsory Training element To scope and plan training delivery to meet need To ensure engagement of autistic people with the training delivery To develop systems for ensuring autism-friendly adaptations to premises To support the development of the EPR system to facilitate recording of reasonable adjustments and other improvements
