We are excited to announce we have a vacancy for a full time Training Support Administrator based at our Stourbridge office.

Due to our growing national client portfolio of Partners, Bradley Environmental Consultants are looking for an enthusiastic and loyal individual to join our Training Support Team. Roles and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work within the Training Department to ensure:

  • The company offers an excellent training experience to our clients and delegates, from point of enquiry to course attendance
  • Ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly, professionally, and efficiently
  • All in-house processes and systems are accurately completed
  • Trainer packs are prepared for trainers and accommodation arranged where required
  • Produce certificates and ID cards
  • Process and file paperwork related to courses
  • Organise refreshments and lunches for clients, delegates, and visitors
  • Undertake checks on training, welfare, and refreshment areas to ensure they are tidy, clean, and present a satisfactory image to clients, delegates, and visitors
  • Ensure training rooms are prepared for intended use
  • Stock orders
  • Liaise with the Sales and Marketing Team to assist in the promotion of training services offered by the Training Department.

Person Specification

The successful candidate must possess and demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrate above average I.T skills and knowledge
  • Can demonstrate an ability to learn new knowledge related to the services offered
  • Be enthusiastic and ambitious for self-development and for improving the department in which they work
  • Have an interest in the marketing of the services offered by the Training Department
  • Have the ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Be able to organise themselves and maintain an organised work environment

What We Can Offer You

The hours of work are 37.5 per week Monday to Friday from 8.00am - 4.30pm with a 1 hour unpaid break for lunch.

  • The starting salary is £21,099.00 per annum and will be reviewed after a successful 6 month probationary period
  • Company paid healthcare (long service award applies at 3 and 5 years)
