The Training Services Co-ordinator will support the Training Services team in providing a first-rate service to all clients, through the production of reports, analysis of data, desk note management and driving continuous improvement.

Should you be successful in your application, your main duties will include:

· Working closely with the Training Services Manager to support the team in providing an accurate, efficient and compliant service for all training solutions, for both in-house and external training providers.

· Responsibility for the financial monitoring and reporting of all training, providing clients with MI data monthly.

· Producing monthly evaluation reports, liaising with clients to meet expectations - allowing them to easily analyse feedback scores, attendance, and comments.

· Managing all BEIS, DIT and UKSA class enrolments through monitoring of the shared inbox, ensuring all delegates are accurately registered onto the relevant courses, through the training database.

· Ensuring correct and up-to-date joining information is sent to BEIS, DIT and UKSA delegates, responding to queries and enabling access requests as appropriate.

· Working with the Training Consultants to produce training schedules for BEIS, DIT and UKSA, liaising with UK SBS Communications team and BEIS stakeholders to advertise availability and monitor demand.

· Being responsible for managing the desk note library, ensuring desk notes and Process Maps are allocated to the appropriate team member for review within the required timescales and uploaded to the library accordingly.

· Working with the Training Consultants to send and collate delegate pre-course work for in-house courses ready for attendance on the day.

· Engaging in Continuous Improvement (CI) objectives across the whole team, adhering to the CI ethos, applying CI tools and working towards solutions as agreed. Lead in the advocacy of CI in the development of training processes.

The above list is not intended to be exhaustive and the post-holder will be expected to be flexible and carry out similar duties (not specifically listed) as and when required to meet business needs.
