Are seeking a high quality Training Officer To Train, Develop and Assess Apprentices in Management
South Wales areas with travel
(Full Time 37 hours per week although part time hours would be considered)
Salary is negotiable depending on knowledge skills and experience plus company pension scheme
The Job Role:
You will successfully deliver the technical and vocational elements of the Apprenticeships at levels 2-5 to a range of learners. You will train and assess through a blended online and face to face delivery model, working with all departments across the business to maximise the learner and employer experience. You will have previous occupational experience in the above sector with the ability to deliver learning at higher apprenticeship levels.
The Person:
You will be a well organised individual with excellent communication and IT skills, having a confident approach to working through a digital medium. An ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team meeting set timescales. Previous occupational experience in the above industrial sector is essential, and Assessor/TAQA qualifications are desirable You will have an ambition for continuous professional development and will be required to self-register as a Work Based Learning Practitioner with the Educational Workforce Council. Speaking through the medium of Welsh and English is desirable although this is not essential. A current full valid driving licence and own transport is essential
