A Great Giggling Training Manager:

  • Will be a great leader and an inspiration to the team. Coaching and supporting them on their development and progression
  • Create and update training manuals in line with company’s brand
  • Have a hands-on approach to training
  • Will be mobile and flexible to travel, requiring staying away from home when working on new openings
  • Can think on their feet, adapting well to the exciting changes working for a growing company can bring
  • Have restaurant management experience. Training experience ideal
