Training Coordinator Remote £18,575.94
  • Due to increase as of 1st April 2023 Our client is currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join their well-established business, to support with processing client requests for training. The successful candidate will be required to manage the training calendar and record training on CRM system Previous experience within a Customer Service and Administrative role is essential for this role with a good working knowledge of MS Office packages. Key Duties: Process sales orders for training and materials on Sage system Liaise with trainers on bookings including providing summary information on client requirements Assist with preparation of client training folders on company data - add relevant training documents and prepare documents in line with testing or policy eg. DWI (dealing with incident) Making up the packs and emailing the client for them to share with delegates Record training results and email client certificates Monitor and follow up on all training enquiries including providing new dates/additional information Set up a recall register and email reminders to clients trained more than 12-18 months ago Reconcile training bookings on Sage and prepare report for finance Support with telephone duties - sign-posting calls to relevant department. Prepare reports on training activity when required. Perform miscellaneous job and/or team-related duties as assigned/requiredSkills and Qualifications: Previous experience within a Customer Service and Administrative role is essential for this role with a good working knowledge of MS Office packages. There are no formal qualifications required for this role however an NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Customer Services or Administration is desirable. Experience of dealing with clients/customers is essential. Knowledge of Outlook, Powerpoint and Word is essential, and knowledge of Excel is desirable.
