Main Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Training Leader and Assembly Training Team.
  • Maintain the training system in accordance with the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Manage the business training systems to ensure compliance and continually be audit ready.
  • Working closely with the training team across all shifts to ensure all training tasks are completed within the required time frame.
  • Communicate with the training team across the shift patterns any updates or feedback provided
  • Preparing training metrics and KPI’s as required by the Training Leader or Shift Leaders
  • Support local induction processes and prepare training materials.
  • To develop and maintain the training packs and materials used to aid the training team
  • Producing employee training reports to ensure the business is audit ready.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Understanding and experience of QMS
  • Understanding of manufacturing Training requirements
  • IT Literate with practical understanding and knowledge of Microsoft applications.
  • A high standard of written and spoken English.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to convey information accurately and consistently.
  • Excellent organisational skills
