Job Description Summary Fancy being part of building the biggest Offshore Wind Farm in the world, look no further. Offshore Wind is looking for a Training Administrator Apprentice to join our team based in Able Seaton Port, Hartlepool to complete a 2 Year Apprenticeship (Level 3 in Business Administration). This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. You’ll get an opportunity to work closely with the Project Operations team of Offshore Wind, particularly within the Training Operations team. Your role will predominantly focus on learning about the qualifications, regulations, and standards our engineers and operational team are required to obtain and follow.

Your Apprenticeship will be focused on specific areas such as:

  • Support the Project Training Operations Manager by being a point of contact for delegates attending site for training
  • Support the wider global team with scheduling and hosting training on site
  • Employee engagement initiatives ideas.
  • Work on innovative solutions to key training both on a domestic and global level
  • Minute taking
  • Support with further education events such as STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) and Women in Engineering
  • Bring fresh perspective and introduce contemporary ideas.
  • Support the wider team with their training requirements
  • Assist with integration projects ready for future work scopes.
  • Assist in any other admin tasks as requested by Training Operations and wider team as and when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality is always maintained.


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Administration experience would be an advantage.
  • Competent with MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
