We are looking for a Trainer with experience of coaching and assessment, new standards and supporting individuals with Recruitment Businesses working towards their success – Recruitment experience is advantageous.

Provide information and guidance to the learner and employers.

Working to quality standards and completion of targets.

Assisting with the enrolment of learners

Organising and maintaining documentation of learner’s progress

Person Specification

· Trainer/Assessor Qualifications

· Functional skills Level 2 Maths/English/ICT

· Experience of e-portfolio

· Coaching and Assessing Experience

· Experience of new standards and end-point assessment

· Experience with supporting delivering Qualifications

· Recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTLLS or equivalent

· GCSE English Language or equivalent (Grade A*-C)

· Qualified in the relevant discipline at a Level 3 or above

· Background of working in a customer-facing target driven environment

· Ability to deliver
