We’re on the lookout for a time-served Electrical Professional to join our apprenticeship team and help train the next generation of Electricians to be their very best.

Qualified teacher status is an advantage but not essential
We provide Assessor training, if you are direct from the industry we support and provide teacher training to help your transition to qualified Teacher status within your first two years.

You’ll be responsible for motivating, coaching, and guiding your group of apprentices through their learning journey; ensuring they’re on track, assessing their skills, knowledge and behaviors across a range of construction roles, and holding regular reviews to help them progress. You’ll also work with our wider team of apprentice experts to review and develop delivery models to improve how we do things and ensure all our apprentices have a brilliant experience.

Essential requirements:

  • An Advance Apprenticeship in Electrical Installation
  • 18th edition
  • A minimum of 5 years site experience
  • Clean and current driving license
  • Good IT skills
Desirable
  • CSCS card desirable
  • Teacher Qualification
  • Assessor Qualification
