Mini swimming run swimming lessons for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and primary school aged children in Chelmsford, Colchester and Nayland. We are looking to recruit two new trainee swimming teachers to join the team and work across the different pools.

Candidates must have a passion for working with children and a love of swimming. Candidates do not need to have the qualifications as yet as extensive pool training and professional training will be given.

Candidates must be really willing to work hard, learn and master their new craft and be committed to being the absolute best teacher possible. Candidates will be assigned a mentor to guide and develop them but they must bring to the party the effort and energy to practice and learn at home to boost their pool efforts.

Experience of working with children or high level swimming personally would be an advantage.
