Trainee Surveyor (Development) (£25,904 per annum, full time, permanent)

Job Role

We’re looking for someone to join our busy Development Team to focus primarily on quality assurance in our new build homes across Kent.

You’ll be working with our contracting partners and developers, and be writing regular technical reports to colleagues, so you’ll need to have great verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.

You should be able to demonstrate a passion for development, social housing and be willing to study to achieve a professional qualification in construction or surveying.

Location Details

The role will have an office base in Sevenoaks, but you will be expected to travel to sites across Kent.
