Are you a People Manager with a basic understanding of C Language, looking to head up a technical team of developers, with a variety of work, the chance to work with cutting-edge projects and a clear route to progress within an industry leading business?

This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience managing a team within a technical environment, who has a basic understanding of Software packages and who is looking to work within the Aerospace / Defence sector.

As a strong manager of people, you will have a proven track record of overseeing a technical team, carrying out reviews, appraisals, inductions etc.

The company has been established for over 30 years and have exciting plans both in terms of expansion and software. With a recent relocation and an office that has doubled in size, you will be joining a company that has grown 30% over the last year alone.

This role would suit a Manager of people has a basic understanding of Software Packages.

THE ROLE
  • Manage the team of software developers and engineers (C, C++, Python etc)
  • Strong problem-solving skills (Mathematical modelling, real time algorithms)
THE PERSON
  • Experience in managing or leading a technical team
  • Good understanding of Mathematics and basic understanding of Software Packages
