Trainee Sales Team Leader

If so we have a fantastic opportunity in our Sheffield office, for money hungry sales professionals looking to progress and develop into Team Leader positions within 3-6 months!

We are looking for people with a great attitude and an energetic, enthusiastic personality as well as strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

What’s on offer?

An uncapped commission scheme with the opportunity to earn between 30k-50k in your first year - Our top performers are being promoted within 3 months!

Sales Executives – 30k OTE

Sales Team Leaders – 40k OTE

Sales Team Managers – 50k OTE

As for benefits, you will be working in a state of the art office with pool tables and racing simulators. You can expect quarterly sales incentives including trips abroad, VIP trips to major music and sporting events such as Champions League Football, a health cash plan and much more.

The Role:

Beginning with a 5 day classroom based training period, you will get the skills and knowledge needed to kick start your career with XLN.
