Summary:

You will become an expert within your specialised markets.

Our Client’s are some of the market leaders within the Tech/Engeneering & Renewable Energy market’s and already have a wide network which allows you to join an already established industry and start making placements from week 1!

You will work to generate leads and win new clients, allowing you to deliver bespoke, well-rounded candidates to work on global renewable energy projects.

Providing these candidates to your clients, will not only give you a brilliant reputation within your market, but allow you to make uncapped commission within your first year.

The Role:

- Building strong, personal relationships with both clients and candidates will be the heartbeat of your day-to-day role
- Creating & publishing job adverts
- Closely consulting both clients and candidates with assured expertise
- Guiding candidates through their recruitment process
- Provide both candidates and clients with a slick, efficient and stress-free recruitment process
