Our client specialises in IT recruitment and has been established in their market for over two decades, getting bigger and better each year with offices also in London, Switzerland and Czech Republic.

Joining our client as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be working alongside a team of experts where you will experience a challenging, yet rewarding career. You’ll be trained to an exceptionally high standard and given the freedom to decide which area of IT to specialise in and in what area of the world, after all it is important you enjoy what you do to be able to reach your full potential.

The most important attribute to our client is an appetite for hard work with an inner drive to succeed – everything else can be taught!

• £23,000 starting basic - £40,000 OTE Year 1, £60,000 year 2, £80,000-£100,000K year 3

The role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Sourcing candidates through various methods – job boards/CRM/referrals
• Speaking to candidates and qualifying them for appropriate jobs
• Writing and publishing job adverts
• Preparing and booking candidates for interviews
• Building relationships with clients and candidates to manage the recruitment cycle
