We’re looking for a Trainee Engineer to work with our team in order to gain the skills and experience necessary to become a key member of the engineering team. Trainee Engineer Duties:

  • Under the direct supervision of the Engineering team, performs a variety of tasks including planning, and constructing hardware products.
  • Assist the team in performing general engineering duties, such as preparing estimates, project schedules, cost breakdowns, preliminary reports, and other technical documents.
  • Undertakes a variety of engineering and supervisory work, including technical research, numerical computations, and preparation of reports.
  • Interacts with engineers, sales, and operations managers.
  • Performs related work as required.

Trainee Engineer Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in engineering.
  • Experience in a technical field would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
  • Understanding of CAD Design
  • Proficiency in mathematics.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Good observation skills and a willingness to learn.
