Industria Personnel are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Trainee Paint Sprayer based at their site in Hinckley on a temporary – permanent basis

About our client:

They are a specialist painters of high quality cosmetics and technical finishes on plastic mouldings and components. Working also with glass, metal, machined and cast components.
They work closely with a number of major paint system providers to ensure their customers get the latest technologies.
They are able to supply finishes to any volume and to your specification.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and practical minded individual to join their Finishing Department to be trained on how to paint products as required.

This will include the preparation of the product prior to paint application and once established within the role you would be expected to identify any areas for improvement.

As skills and experience develop you would be expected to play a leading role in the day to day operation of paint spraying customer’s products.

• Excellent Time keeping

• Eger to learn
• Willingness to work overtime as required

No Qualifications or experience required, Full on the job training will be provided

Working hours / Salary:

Monday – Friday 7:30-15:30

Starting hourly rate £10.25, this will be reviewed on a regular basis based on application & ability following in house training
